About these terms
These terms apply to your use of vasquezappliance.com and to the appliance services provided by Vasquez Appliances, 8843 Laurel Canyon Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 91352. By using the website or asking us to perform work, you agree to them. Last updated October 15, 2026.
Website information
The content on this website, including price ranges, repair descriptions and guides, is general information. It is not a quote and not a diagnosis. Prices depend on the appliance, the part and what the technician finds. We work to keep the information accurate, but we do not promise that every detail is complete or current.
Estimates and authorization
After diagnosing an appliance, we explain the repair and its price. Work begins only after you approve it. If we find an additional problem during the repair, we stop and explain it before doing more work.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is complete unless we agree otherwise in writing, for example with a property manager or business account. Parts that must be special ordered may require approval of the full repair before ordering.
Parts and manufacturer coverage
We install new parts suited to your appliance. Parts may carry coverage from their manufacturers under the manufacturers' own terms. Ask the technician about the specific part used on your job.
Safety and access
Please give us safe access to the appliance and its shutoffs, and keep children and pets clear of the work area. We may decline or pause work that we believe is unsafe, such as a gas supply problem, damaged building wiring or plumbing outside the appliance, and we will tell you which kind of contractor or utility to contact.
Call handling
Vasquez Appliances answers its phone around the clock. During very busy periods, when every technician is already on a job, we may pass your call to another reliable appliance repair company in your area so you are not left waiting. That company sets its own prices and terms, and we tell you on the call when this happens.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Vasquez Appliances is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as spoiled food, from an appliance failure that was not caused by our work. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under California law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
